- How you would like your name on this website (ex. Suzy J. rather than Suzy Jones)
- The years you attended the Girls Club
- What programs you participated in (ex. volleyball and after school)
- What you have been successful in since you left the Club (ex. play basketball in high school, in the military now, made the Dean's list in school)
- Comments about your time at the Girls Club including people who impacted your life
- Updated contact information (address, phone, email, name change if applicable)
